4.具有電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)，并同時具備國家電力監(jiān)管委員會派出機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的五級及其以上承裝（修、試）電力設施許可證；
5.具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
6.擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7.業(yè)績要求：無；
8.其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
4. Have the qualification of general contracting of electric power engineering construction level 3 or above, and at the same time have the license of level 5 and above for undertaking (repair and test) power facilities issued by the dispatched agency of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission;
5. Have a safety production license (within the validity period);
6. The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of level 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction;
