1.CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited PENGBO Operating Company (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Name of Goods: Multiphase Flowmeter， Q’ty: Two（2） sets.

The Key technical requirement:

The multiphase flow meter shall be use Non-separation principles

The max. pressure drop :200KPA

Delivery Schedule:

From within PRC: November 30, 2017 , Construction Site of Tanggu,Tianjin ,P.R.China

From outside PRC: November 15, 2017,Xingang seaport, Tianjin,P.R.China

2.Qualification Requirements:

The Multiple flowmeter that VENDOR supplied should be mature products for manufacturers. The Multiple flowmeter that VENDOR supplied should have at least two projects had successful applications in offshore platform for two years (From the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued by customer). The VENDOR shall provide the corresponding contract and other documents (written material refers to: contract and the delivery of acceptance or the contract and the use of a valid certificate issued by the user). If the above documents do not contain the name of the facility where Multiple flowmeter is located and the information of the user, the bidder shall provide a valid document.

The VENDOR shall conform that Multiple flowmeter will be designed, manufactured, certified and inspected in accordance with Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platforms. The VENDOR shall provide the authorized third party certificate（DNV、BV、ABS、LR or CCS）.
