  簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開采購的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，提供3臺L4級低速無人車自動駕駛車輛租賃服務(wù)并對張江鎮(zhèn)無人車智能巡檢取證系統(tǒng) (略) 進(jìn)行升級。軟件部分質(zhì)保期不低于1年。

  Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to provide 3 L4 low-speed unmanned vehicle autonomous vehicle leasing services and upgrade the Zhangjiang Town unmanned vehicle intelligent inspection and evidence collection system and unmanned vehicle integrated management platform. The warranty period of the software part shall not be less than 1 year.(For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)

  合同履約期限：軟件部分：合同簽訂之日起1個月內(nèi)完成部署并驗(yàn)收合格，試運(yùn)行1個月。硬件租賃期限從2025年9月27日-2026年9月26日。

  The Contract Period:software part: complete the deployment and acceptance within 1 month from the date of signing the contract, and trial operation for 1 month. The hardware lease period is from September 27, 2025 to September 26, 2026.

  二、申請人的資格要求

  2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

  (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

  (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China";

  (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

  (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;
