投標(biāo)人為本項(xiàng)目選配的柴油機(jī)須滿足IMO TierⅡ排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， (略) 的IMO Tier Ⅱ證書(shū)予以證明，不接受僅提供排放數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)試報(bào)告。
柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組采用海水冷卻型，設(shè)計(jì)為海上平臺(tái)使用，應(yīng)取得COOOSO批準(zhǔn)的設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)（證書(shū)包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)證書(shū)，發(fā)電機(jī)證書(shū)和發(fā)電機(jī)組證書(shū)）。

1. CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited PENGBO Operating Company (hereinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:
The equipment will be applied in drilling rig of PL * -3 WHPK DCWR PROJECT.

2. Qualification Requirements:
Cast products by the bidder must have no less than two projects as an offshore drilling rig or drilling ship owners use diesel generator set with successfully run more than 2 years of good performance (no less than * KW, * V, * Hz, electronic fuel injection monomer). The drilling rig must use in large drilling load mutation conditions. The brand of diesel engine in the performance and skid-mounted unit supplier must be as the same as this bid products brand and skid-mounted unit supplier. The bidder must provide the end user’s acceptance of the report and a copy of the contract. The tenderer reserves the right to check the original.
Diesel engine shall meet IMO TIER II emission standards and also provide classification of MIO TIER II certification. No accept only provide test report emissions data.
The Main Diesel Engine Generator Skid shall be cooled by sea water for offshore platform. The Diesel Engine Generator Skids from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO.
